The important things are easier to face when you can start somewhere

People don't need another reminder to write down their wishes. They need good questions, time to do the work, and a little laughter. That's what my workshops offer.

I talk about death because I care about living. I help people put things on paper so the people they love don't have to guess.

Both workshops have drawn strong interest from people of all ages. It turns out a lot of us are ready to have these conversations when someone gives us a place to start.

Write Your Own Ending

Four interactive virtual sessions to write your story, make your wishes known, plan a funeral or celebration of life that feels like you, and leave words for loved ones.

Each 90-minute session includes prompts, templates, and time to work. We move from what matters to your obituary, celebration wishes, and personal letters. You'll have clear guidance for writing between sessions.

You'll build a personal Legacy Packet with your story, wishes, important details, and words for loved ones. The goal is to get it written down and tell someone where to find it.

This is personal work. You can ask questions and take part fully without reading a word of your writing aloud. Sharing is always your choice.

How to Write Your Own Obituary

A single 90-minute workshop built around a question most of us have never been asked: How do you want your story told?

We'll look at what belongs in an obituary, what can be left out, and how to make it sound like a person rather than a list of dates and accomplishments. You get a practical framework, writing prompts, and a start on your own story. Humor is welcome. So is honesty.
